The room was very small and extremely overpriced. They don’t give you a coffee pot and don’t offer it in the lobby either. You have to go to the casino for expensive coffee. There is no closet either. It shows that each bathroom has a make up mirror but I had to ask someone for one. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but I would not recommend for the price they charge.

We stayed here to break up trip to Boston for a visit with grandchildren. Room was fine but not as clean as one would expect. Maid left change on nightstand and open beer in the refrigerator?? I really try not to think about what else they did not do when “cleaning” the room…

I stayed 3 nights at The Landing Hotel for a work trip. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. I feel that the people who clean do an excellent job! I ate every night at Duke's Steakhouse Restaurant. The food is excellently prepared. I enjoyed steak and burgers while they accommodated my dietary restrictions. My servers, Samantha and Anthony were top notch. My only complaint was that their free wifi in every room did not work. I even called the front desk and spoke with Kim about it. She sent someone up to try to fix, but they could not. That is a shame when you need the wifi to run diabetes wearable medical equipment. I just prayed I didn't get low during the night since my devices couldn't talk to each other amd my alarms wouldn't go off. Here's hoping other fellow diabetics see this so they can be prepared since the hotel does not know how to fix and provide reliable wifi. Once in Rivers Casino, the wifi was perfect! I would have given 5 stars, but the wifi issue is important to me.

Always have fun here. I would rate 5 Star however I haven't been lucky enough to hit a nice jackpot yet. Lemme get a big win and I'll rate it 5.

Rivers Casino Schenectady Hotel is a solid option if you’re looking for a short casino stay at a reasonable price. It’s a smaller casino, but there’s a decent number of poker tables and slot machines, and everything inside the casino itself is clean and well maintained. The hotel rooms are a decent size, and the river view is definitely a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, though the bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable fine for a night or two, but nothing standout. One downside was the shower design; not having a door made it a bit annoying and easy to get water everywhere. The elevators could also use a better cleaning. Overall, it’s a good value if you’re paying under $150 a night. I wouldn’t personally pay more than that, but for the price, it gets the job done and offers a convenient casino experience.
